Who is Luke?

Luke is a HR and Coaching professional with over six years of experience supporting organizations to achieve success. An ambitious and eager learner, Luke strives to understand the organization, the business case, and the human capital involved.

With experience in Employee Relations, Compliance, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, and Organizational Development, Luke brings his blend of expertise in data-driven decisions with a creative flare for innovation and supportive coaching. Some of Luke's biggest accomplishments started off as learning opportunities, where he dug in, stayed the course, and intellectually considered the process and impact of decisions from the top-down and bottom-up.

As a first-generation college student, Luke learned quickly the impact that learning has on the person. As a self-described lifelong learner, Luke strives to create and connect opportunities for growth, improvement, and success. With experiences in healthcare, non-profits, startups, and higher education, Luke understands the complexities and nuances associated with driving the business while ensuring the employees feel validated and heard.

A proud alum of Stevenson University and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Luke brings his analytical knowledge and expertise on employment/labor law and human relations to connect the dots, all while achieving success. In his free time, Luke loves to spend time with his family and friends, explore his love of New England, and challenge himself to be a better person through volunteering, community service, and giving back to the organizations and communities that helped cultivate and foster his life for live, learning, and people.
